REVIEW: AUTHORIZE TRANSACTIONS FAST AND SECURELY
The photoTAN app provides a convenient and secure way to authorize important transactions in online and mobile banking.
Once you have entered and submitted all the necessary transaction details in online banking, an informative colored graphic will be displayed if the photoTAN procedure is active. By scanning the graphic using the photoTAN app, you can generate a unique transaction number (TAN) to authorize the transaction. To utilize the photoTAN procedure, you will need to request an activation letter from online banking.

PHOTOTAN-APP AND DEUTSCHE BANK MOBILE
If you prefer the ease of transferring money with just a few taps using "Deutsche Bank Mobile," simply tap on the "Generate TAN" button located below your transaction summary. This action will prompt the photoTAN app to open, generating a TAN for your transaction. With another tap, the TAN is then transferred to the "Deutsche Bank Mobile" app. Finally, in the "Deutsche Bank Mobile" app, tapping on "Execute" will complete the transaction.
PHOTOTAN PUSH APPROVAL
During login for online banking, you will be required to enter your account number, PIN, and a TAN. However, if you choose to use the photoTAN app with push functionality, there is no need to scan a graphic during login. Instead, you will receive a push notification. By tapping on this notification, the photoTAN app will open, allowing you to log in using a PIN, Touch ID, or Face ID. Upon approving the login, you will be directly logged into your online banking.
Furthermore, with the photoTAN app, you can easily approve your online card payments made with your Deutsche Bank Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit cards). Simply click on the push notification, log in to the photoTAN app, and approve the transaction.
SECURITY
The photoTAN app is protected by a PIN for added security. For a seamless and quick login experience, you can also utilize Touch ID or Face ID.
Rest assured, all transactions performed in online and mobile banking using the photoTAN app are covered by Deutsche Bank's security guarantee.
